The management of change is not easy, or indeed rapid,
in any organisation.
We have worked with clients to achieve Best Value
and Partnering arrangements together with the necessary cultural
change required.
We have facilitated partnering team meetings, provided
strategic and marketing advice on ‘Modernising Construction’ to
several companies in the UK, including Northern Ireland, and have
provided a major landmark report to the Glasgow Construction Forum
of Glasgow City Council on ‘Partnering in Procurement’.
We have made several seminar presentations and held
several briefing and training sessions on ‘Rethinking Construction’,
Best Construction Practice and Partnering throughout the UK.
